Projects
Through the 8×1000 funds, we support social and humanitarian initiatives that embody the values of Buddhist humanism.
Each project is grounded in a vision that combines deep roots in local communities with openness to major global challenges, with the aim of promoting respect for the dignity of life in all its forms.
Areas of intervention
On this basis, we have identified four closely interconnected areas of intervention — human rights, the environment, culture and education — in which we promote the development and funding of projects through the 8×1000 funds.
human rights
We support a broad and informed network of solidarity that brings together individuals and organisations committed to fostering a deep and participatory culture of human rights.
environment
We support a conscious and sustainable vision in which everything is interconnected through a profound bond between human beings and nature.
culture
We support a vision of culture as an expression of the human spirit and as a means of dialogue and artistic expression, strengthening awareness of our shared humanity.
education
We support the positive potential of every person by providing concrete tools that enable all individuals to fully express their identity and build resilient communities.
